Alexandra appeared as a leading lady in 100 television and feature films, but was most times as a second or third female. She is internationally recognized for her five-year run as the lead as Lt. Stephanie Holden in the tv series Baywatch. Alexandra has her own company that specializes in wellness coaching. A health coach, Alexandra personally coaches clients on calls across the globe. She also gives presentations to groups of people on how to change their habits for a healthier lifestyle and a better life. Alexandra was involved in the making of three movies in the year the year 2019: Escaping My Stalker and Pink Skies Ahead. She was also a speaker at the Human Overpopulation Forum of George Washington University, Scripps Institute of Oceanography and Glendale Community College about human overpopulation. Alexandra is the host of a show called Switch4Good, which has been downloaded and watched over 3,000,000 times. Alexandra was not in the public eye and wore a mask during the majority of 2020.
